I dont think they are old, the oldest have 3-4 months I think. But I know why my minis were so no-smooth
I paint on paper that is 24 hours in day on my desk. It must be a lot of dust and parts of dryied paint on it.
On the second mini I litlle watered down paint and even I see efect. that second mini is smootherer (more smooth. I dont know how to write it :) )
mayby now its better:

@Nameless - the coverage is still not good enough.

I thought he was supposed to learn to do it NEATLY and I don't see it. I see he rushes it all the time.... These aren't results of patient and cautious painting, but results of impatient rushing for quick results. Painting is about PATIENCE.

@Kero - Sorry, but I am not sure if you really want to learn anything or just to move on to the "advanced" parts. Maybe you'd better start with OSL or NMM? Just like Gildor did and which made us tell him to return to the basics? ;)

Even though this exercise may seem to be too easy for you and you keep treat it without the respect it should receive, it is CRUCIAL to your further improvement. If patience is what you're lacking, it's a good way to learn it. Be humble, be patient, greatness will come. Believe me, but one can spend HOURS preparing a miniature, priming it, and basecoating it. You want to do it in seconds...

My white spray can is empty, thats why I paint on black primer.
Is it big diferent? I have really no idea.
I'm sorry mahoń that was my mistake.
I didnt know white primer is so important
anyway I was schocked you saw that! Its amazing!

I see diferens between these two minis.
Hows work darklining?

I make neat because in that moment I should learn how to paint smooth. Mahoń said I must forget about details, so I forgot :)
Its not about im not pacient. Im just good student whos hearing his teachers :)

dual preamers mean for example first used black and second used white? Whats dificult in that :) ?

caind of :)
on black eny color you put on will be darker as you put it on black color
on white eny color you put on will be same as in bottle or brighter (wich is good - it is 2x as hard to make somthing brighter then making it darker )

adicionaly - black base coat got tendences to hide errors - well thats is comfortable - but then got bad habbit to return in worst posible moment end bite you in the but .. wich ends in repainting mini

nothing you just need to do it right  end the "right" part is dificult as this type of basecoat crate pre highlights on model - end you don't need this at this point :)
