I wanted to try my hands on a fantasy miniature after a load of 40k stuff, so I started painting this cool Gael figure from the Celtos line. I wanted to go for soft blendings and an overall realistic look, despite the nmm.
COOL mini, First time I see it. NMM looks very good. I think that will be next very good mini... and skinetone- I like it. Give us photo when you finish it.

Conor Spearman Champion nicely painted, i would love to see it when finished. I am currently painting Gael Warriors from Celtos, i have done about 11 at the moment, and i still have a few to do. I really love the body sculpting, it is very real.

nice job - I really like Your "dark" style (mordheimers for example); looks like this is going to be another mini with a character
tartan is also sweet - maybe I'll finally force myself to paint tartan too...
