Some small updates.

Kelbor Hal is built and I've started to get some paint onto him. Just Tin Bits so far, the least photographic paint!

one of the most interesting armies I've seen.
paintjobs are not breathtaking (not bad either), but the concept/fluff make up for it.

I'm afraid this will not look really good from the distance.
I love the conversion work and overall feel, but paintjob imo just needs a stronger contrast to make it look good on the battlefield.

such nice conversion deserves better paintjob, it looks as if you have painted it in time of 15mins

I appreciate the paint job needs a lot more work, but could I get some suggestions?

I particularly feel the red is weak and there's an overdose of metal.

Planned improvements:
Highlight the lenses
Redo/clean up the red with more depth.
Further highlight the lava on the base.
Highlight the verdigris
Paint the skulls as bone

I have quite a difficult concept to work to with the colours:
