Re: necromunda plague gang
agreed - I'll blackline pockets and try shade some cavities on uniform;
and definitely take pic while not under influence of beer...

Re: necromunda plague gang
I love the nurgle parts. IG parts - not so. grey uniform is too flat, too boring.
power armour elements are much bigger and painted in brighter colours. this makes me focus on them only.

Re: necromunda plague gang
so decided is made: uniform needs some blacklining;
today I splatted more blood on it so it's more colorful

Re: necromunda plague gang
you know what is the problem with this paintjob?
the camo did its work!
yeah, really. camouflage is supposed to break and distort shapes. yours does.
unfortunately this is not very eyecatching for a miniature, because miniatures need some exaggeration and additional definition of shapes.
so you would now need some extra contrast from outlining with light edges and dark contours.
otherwise sharper photos would make it look better, because now the camo and blurry photos make the model look unclear. which means: the camo does its work

Re: necromunda plague gang
I think I'll make small display for the gang (there'll be 7 minis) and use camo colors for painting it - we'll see it that thing works...
I know it should be sharper but it was my probably first urban camo painted - on the next juve I'll try do it better

Re: necromunda plague gang
I think the camo is sharp enough, but maybe the photo is not.
