Minotaur from Figone/Artefactory by Allan Carrasco

Post by Bohun »

Hello and Howdy!

There had been a while ago quite some discussion on the minotaur topic, arroused by much btching on the new beastie GW releases.

Since then there had been a few releases, by Enigma, SciborMM and AoW to name just a few.

Then what would you say about this one: (here's a review of the mini with pics on the Massive Voodoo blog)

https://massivevoodoo.blogspot.com/2010/ ... 90-mm.html

For me it's the best mino (unfortunatelly still unavailable) there is, in the style of old Confrontation mino if you remember him. I will surely buy him once he's out!

Also a link to Allan's site for the Greens section: (third from the top)

I kinda like the confrontation minotaurs but i still find the proportions of the bodies really weird. The huge body and tiny legs just doesn't work for me, but the musculature is good on the model.

Looks weird but I like it a lot. Probably not my favorite kind of minotaur, but very detailed and well done! And different from most other minotaurs :)

I like the bulky torso, but i find the head a bit more like a cow than a bull
