How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

Before I say hello I want to share with you my beloved tread about conversions (link above). Tell me wha else can we do with this common SM weapon?

I did the same for some of my Plague Marines. Take a standard Bolter and add some drums from Ork weapons, simple but very effective!

If someone is thinking in create or convert a fire gun perhaps that little things cuold be useful to create the gun cannon.

That are just gas lighter valves, and you can find a lot , and a few diferent forms
