Painted Triumph of Saint Katherine – A Celestial Tribute

The Triumph of Saint Katherine stands as a beacon of the Emperor’s light. A testament to the unyielding spirit of the Adepta Sororitas. Painted by the skilled hands of Kacpero, this model is a display-quality masterpiece. It captures the essence of the Order of the Bloody Rose and the fiery heart of Saint Katherine herself.

The Shield Bearer’s legacy

Saint Katherine’s legacy is immortalized in the painted Triumph of Saint Katherine. Her story of martyrdom and protection echoing through the ages. Kacpero’s rendition pays homage to her role as the “Shield Bearer,” with each detail reflecting her indomitable spirit.

The Triumph: A procession with a night sky motif

The Triumph of Saint Katherine is more than a model. It’s a procession of faith, carrying the spirits of the Adepta Sororitas’ Matriarchs. The night sky motif, a recurring theme in Kacpero’s work for this army, adds a mystical depth, symbolizing the vastness of the Emperor’s domain.

Other models from this army

If you like this interpretation of the Triumph of Saint Katherine, you may also want to see other models painted by Kacpero for the same Order of the Bloody Rose army: Saint Celestine and Morvenn Vahl. Take a look at his gallery and you will find many other painted miniatures there.

Iron Maiden has to be one of the most legendary metal bands of all time. Their mascot Eddie is so recognizable that you might even call him iconic.

Our artist Thymos.Theos had the opportunity show us the entire painted Iron Maiden Character Pack #1, which consisted of 6 figures. Each miniature corresponds to an album cover or theme from the band’s discography.

So you want to see the whole painted Iron Maiden Character Pack #1?

Here is what the pack included:

Samurai Eddie (Senjutsu)

Inspired by the band’s latest album, “Senjutsu,” this miniature embodies the samurai theme.

Pharaoh Eddie (Powerslave)

Based on the “Powerslave” album cover, this miniature channels ancient Egyptian imagery.

Reaper Eddie (Dance of Death)

The “Dance of Death” album cover inspires this eerie and spectral miniature.

Trooper Eddie (The Trooper)

A tribute to the classic Iron Maiden song “The Trooper,” this miniature dons military attire.

Cyborg Eddie (Somewhere in Time)

This futuristic cyborg figure from the “Somewhere in Time” album completes the set.

Undead Eddie (Live After Death)

This miniature represents the iconic album cover from “Live After Death.”

These figures not only add a heavy metal flair to the Zombicide games. They also introduce unique gameplay mechanics inspired by Iron Maiden songs and lyrics.

New Artist in the Team: Marta

We’re extremely happy to announce that our team is growing, and we have a new team member: Marta.

As you can expect, Marta, is an experienced and successful artist, whom we are very happy to welcome in our ranks!

Not only is she capable of doing the usual miniature-painter’s work, like gaming miniatures and armies, but is not afraid of exploring more exotic territories.

In case you weren’t sure, Marta is the one on the right. The one on the left is a Xenomorph she painted. 😉

Let this Xenomorph serve as an example of her works, which we will be showcasing soon. Obviously, she has painted many more figures, so we’re showing a few of them here, as a teaser for you:

She still doesn’t have a proper gallery, but we thought that a warm welcome will be much more appreciated and encouraging. 🙂

So if you are interested in getting your miniatures painted by her, or any other artists from our team, it may be a good moment to send us a message. We’re sure that Marta’s commissions calendar will be filling up soon, so grab your commission slot while it’s still available. 😄

Simple painting can be effective for Thousand Sons

Sometimes it doesn’t take a spectacular paintjob to make your army look good. It just needs to look good enough, and our artist Benathai proved it can be true for painting Thousand Sons miniatures.

Here’s a small Thousand Sons chaos space marines force painted by Benathai. You can see the painting is pretty basic, just a mix of our two gaming-quality painting levels. But let’s be fair here, does every player need more than that to enjoy gaming with good-looking miniatures?

Thousand Sons Chaos Space Marines

This force was a very recent commission. Basically 10 Rubric Marines and 10 Scarab Occult Terminators. And if their main purpose is gaming, what more do you need?

You can see some additional photos of the individual units here:

The Thousand Sons are one of the Traitor Legions of Chaos Space Marines who are sworn solely to the service of Tzeentch, the Chaos God of change, intrigue and sorcery, though they were once the Imperium of Man’s XVth Legion of Space Marines. The main feature that distinguishes the Thousand Sons from the other Traitor Legions is the sheer number of psyker mutations that have always existed amongst the Space Marines in this Legion.
