In a way I do understand the reaction of Demi. Games Workshop has been ignoring eastern countries for many years now, so I guess that it was meant to happen that some companies rise and start producing proxies etc using GW ideas and concepts.

They've been producing overpriced minis for a long time which lead to spawning all those knock-off companies (non-space-marines crap) plus the copycats (like Avatars of War non-warhammer stuff, Rusian Alternatve, Chapterhouse...)

They removed the Games Day event, I'm not sure that resellers and official shops are that much available in easter countries (not talking about poland, but more russia etc)

Also, regarding, Avatar of War, many of the employees there are former GW employees so it's even more visible

I guess that Poland has so many GW knock-off companies that they might be producing more GW related stuff than GW does itself!

Than GW - not sure but more than FW - very probably...
