I like it better than this pinkish/reddish shade...

I finished Azog. I really like this miniature. It was fun to paint.

you could use some blueish and greyish tones for his skin :) firstly, that's how he looked in a movie. secondly, it would make him stand out more between all your minis

Thanks for the advice.

This is my color scheme:
Undercoat
White (70.951)
Deck Tan (70.986)
Shade
Deck Tan (70.986)
Burnt Cadmium Red (70.814)
(1:1 / 1:2 / 1:3)
Higlight
Deck Tan (70.986)
[Citadel] Pallid Wych Flesh
(2:1/ 1:2 / 1:3 / 0:1)
What color would you add?

What do you exactly mean by make him stand out more between all your minis?

bit too late to add colours now...you could perhaps try to glaze the skin lightly with pale blue or sea-green, though I'm not sure what the final result is going to look like :)

well, he's some kind of a hero in your army. riding a big warg he could be a nice centerpiece. but , you have other warg riders and the whole army is painted in a uniform way, so azog will not draw as much attention as it could. a different colour could change that.

I would shade the golden parts, maybe with a wash. It would really help them to make the look more 3D and not so flat.

Thanks, I'm going to try it on the captains. I also find the gold parts to bright so that problem will also be solved then...
