Re: Your work area photos
So I haven't been able to do much painting, but I have started setting up my new work area so I thought I would share (aren't you all excited )
So this is what I currently have set up (there is a lamp/magnifier just above this which is providing the illumination)
and I'm trying to find the balance of having enough projects on display to motivate me to paint, without having so many unfinished works it gets depressing... Its been suggested that some kind of shelf might be good (although it may well be a shelf of shame... I do however have a display cabinet in the living room for finished pieces, if I ever finish )
And maybe better organise the paints I have
There is another drawer underneath with more in as well
But I think it should be quite a nice work area
Now I just need to paint some more

Another clean desk - nice
It's true! At certain time I had too many unpainted miniatures lying on the painting desk and it kept me demotivated Your ratio is good, motivating and you won't get boredruanae wrote:and I'm trying to find the balance of having enough projects on display to motivate me to paint, without having so many unfinished works it gets depressing...
