Ork Bust Sculpt WIP

Hi I'm new here so I thought I'd show something I'm working on.
This is made from Sculpey and I'm really enjoying using it.

lots of tool and finger marks to get rid of

I used some real copper and Steel sheet for the armour- not 100% happy with it- it doesn't look real :o - have to find some good patinas to treat it with. The spikes are from Milliput

I just put a green wash on the figure to see how it looked-that's not the finished paint job

not bad, not bad at all :)
have you considered smoothing the surface a little bit more? I know it's an ork's skin, but it kinda looks too rough in places.
I'd love to paint it, btw :)

Thanks, Yes I'll probably go over the surface again with some fine sand paper or steel wool. That's one of the reasons I put the wash of green on- it shows up all the texture

Consider adding more details and texture to the model. Eyes look a bit flat too.
