i am not any specialist, but maybe it is scar red, carmine red and blood red.. ? I think that you can achieve similar efect using this colors..all colors are from vallejo color chart

Hmm, I have been looking at that skin for the last day. It appears that the main body color is a light blue grey with some washes of reds and violets. The snout is definately beige.
