Eldar scouts

Hi ! I've got a question. Can soemone tell me how to paint robes of Eldar scousts fairly fast ? I must do it in few days on 21 scouts... and it cant be drybrush- it must look fairy good.. pleeeeease help !

You could try this,

Use your base colour,

Then add a little black or darker than you basecoat and thin down and paint into the creases,

Then add a lighter shade to the raised parts of the cloak, very basic but very quick.

yep - listen to tidoco2222: this guy surely knows what is speaking

and if You have to paint if really, really fast (and I mean it: REALLY) lay wash on base color; it's won't be too eye-catching but saves a lot of time and should be ok for tabletop purposes
