You've got the basics down and they're great you're a really neat painter. I think with most of your models they lack some contrast and seem quite flat in areas. Some of the edge highlighting you've done like on the warhorse in the last pic the lines are too abrupt and would benefit from some glazes to blend it in a bit more.
I think for me my favourite bits is the metallics on the black ork and the skulls on the last guy you've done those very well. Great selection of models I think there is room for improvement but you're doing a grand job at the moment.

hello ther
you gotther good end well not exacly good minis - orks are best - you go ther for contrast in light end color
when on sigvald you dont have color contrast nor light contrast - wich make him booooring , similary t o the rat end sorcerer - they got colors but not contrast nor tension in light /shadow parts
im not seing that you paint them wrong - i just point out weekneses
forgood is that you paintthem clean - wich greatly helps with progression

my favorites are the orc and the skaven warlord. they're the most interesting of them.
Sigvald could also be very nice if you used some stronger contrasts there. If you use such a limited palette, you need to work more with light or otherwise your miniature will end up loking monotoneous and boring.
just a quick sketch - not perfect, but hopefully a useful tip:

love the bone-colored armor on the skaven - it makes the model stand out and doesn't clash with other colors. good job!
the group of goblinoids (gretchin?) is pretty cool too, but the photo is small and many of them are out of focus, so I can't say more...

1. take one model
2. paint it, but pushing the contrasts to extremes. just as an exercise - go from white to black..
3. it doesn't matter if it looks good - just do it for training
4. show us the results.
5. later return to your normal way of painting, but you will find it's much bolder than before. why?

Phil also tells me everytime; when you think they're bold enough, go a few steps further!
Really like what I see so far mate!

I repeat these words of wisdom indeed...
the problem is that it's easier to notice lack of contrast when you look at someone's mini. when you paint by yourself, you increase the contrast, you know it's better tha a minute ago and it's easy to think at this stage that it's sufficient. of course, usually it isn't
