Deathguard Terminators

Hi-
Since this is my first "real" post on these forums, I thought I'd begin it with an introduction. I'm althai, and I post somewhat regularly on the Brushthralls and Privateer Press forums. (I also have a CoolMini gallery.) The Brushthralls forum is pretty quiet these days, and PP is of course manufacturer-specific. I've been looking for a good painting-centric forum that welcomes any manufacturer's models for a while now, and Chest of Colors seemed like a nice friendly one.
My current project is a unit of Death Guard terminators, using the conversion kit from Forge World. The Forge World sculpts are amazingly detailed, which is awesome, but also creates issues. The kit only includes torsos and shoulder pads, so the rest of the terminators have to be made from plastic GW terminators, which are the opposite of detailed.
I've tried to address this with green stuff, to make them look somewhat more cohesive, with a little success. Hopefully I'll be able to take them the rest of the way with paint, since I'm far better with a brush than I am with a sculpting tool.
Here they are, in all their un-primed glory. If all goes well, tomorrow the first of them will see some paint. I'll try to keep this thread updated with WIP pictures as I go.
