Chest of Colors forum

This post should start with this quote: "New Year, New Army!", but it hasn't. Some time ago I was thinking of collecting Tyranids. The were my army with fourth edition codex, but I've lost my desire to play and paint them on current rules. On December I've decided to start with Orks. I'm slowly preparing these cool guys. So far, so good. My goal is to have a fast and very angry ork mob.

So far this is my small warband.
1 Warboss on warboar
15 Stormboyz + Nob (Zagstruk)
7 - 10 Nobz
7 - 10 Nobz on warboars

I'm looking forward to March GW release of Orcs and Goblins, hopefully they will give use some new plastic models. Savage orcs will be cool. If they release them, I will definitely use them as a regular Orks. ;]

Bad Moonz I know, Evil Moonz? Or you're making your own which is prefectly fine of course! None the less Orks are cool so let's slap some paint on them okay!

Ork armies always amuse me, they look so cool. Before you do your spraying, drill some holes out for the gun barrels i find it makes painting them a little easier.

I will drill it before painting, I just didn't take hobby drill with me to my parents home for x-mas. Right now I'm working on boar-bikers... One good thing about Ork army is that you could have almost entire army in plastic.
