does that mean I would get to paint hundreds of gw minis, including space marines? I'd get GW minis for free? my work would be published in white dwarf?

you would get your own "masterclass" article,
they would teach you how to paint eyecatching minis quickly

Ow come on... the pressure and lack of artistic freedom combined with sweatshop regime is all outweighed by the fame...
