Hey all,
lately I've found that I get some crit's regarding the way I currently paint faces. I agree, but I am unsure about how to get better results. Anyone have any tips, links to articles, pic's for inspiration, etc. that might help get better results outta the focal point of the mini? Much appreciated forr any help and discussion.

Morsi's tutorial was already pointed out to you. You might also want to check Bren's showcase thread, she posted a nice tutorial there recently.
I believe that what you need to work on is adding colour variations to your skin tones, to make it more realistic (call it "alive" if you will) and increasing contrast. Be bold in that respect, if you want to make faces a focal element.
With all that said, I too need to practice painting faces...

ToMaZ, you're good enough to offer your own tutorials to people
but I am glad you are interested. I have quite a few waiting to be published. As several guys already know I am waiting with them until I can get a week or two off and finish the works. Well, now time is pretty much in demand here, and I am only learning to find time for the forum and site again. Hope to become better at this soon

Thanks but I don't think that there is much that I can do what isn't allready in a tutorial somewhere. Not that I don't want to do any...
And considering the new tutorials, we'll see them when they get there. No rush.
