This is a Russian Sniper (:sniper: )from my AE-WWII miniature line. The setting for the miniatures is an Alternate Events World War 2 setting.

Yeah, the base is great
one can look at him with pleasure.
But I know about what will be central discussio: the texture of fabric (on the cloak)
I like it. It is good idea, but If I painted that texture I would put it where I usually is highlights.

Its not so much texture as it is used in camo to help break up an out line of a shape. I might add some dirt to help the effect a bit.

wow! great mini!
Ind I was also wondering if it's just a camo pattern, netting, or some worn fabricc of the cloak.

Thanks DD
I love the base and the cloak is great. It looks like actual "palatka" cloak used by Warsaw Pact soldiers. Waterproof cloak you can always use twoo of them to make a tent. Only problem they were really heavy...

Very well done, this mini is full of atmosphere you can almost feel the concentration the sniper is putting into lining up his target.
Breathe out slowly pull the trigger, target down. Ace I say.
