Figure dusting?

Not necessarily a painting question, but more to do with miniature prep. I try to keep a very clean work space, but it seems my figures still manage to accumulate dust and other floaty dander.
Does anyone have recommendations for cleaning or preventing this? Figure covering, small duster, old paintbrush, can of air?

I use the latter two but depends on the can of air and the old paintbrush. When you say old paintbrush, i do but it's never been used and it's actually bigger than a tank brush.
The can of air needs to be held quite far away as it can also damage the figures if too close but it is the quicker method.

Sounds like a decent size soft brush it is. Thanks for the advice.

Some people buy compressed air in spray cans, some use airbrushes, we usually use big soft brushes (what women use for makeup is a pretty good).

Hmmm, you know it never occured to me to worry about this sort of thing, maybe I should so my figures don't end up looking gritty

I just use my airbrush to blast it all on the carpet

Can of air works for me.
