My first post here and I thought I would share my progress on my old Ogre miniature that I'm going to use for my Mordheim gang.

The hat, shoes, all orange parts and the head by his feet are a long way from being finished but most of the other parts I'm pretty pleased with.

Crits and comments are of course highly welcomed

for me the difference between parts which look finished and which look as still WIP is pretty obvious here.
some parts are painted with nice strong contrasts and some are still pretty flat. the latter are something I'd advise to improve.
you showed us some good painting, and all I'd recommend is making it more eyecatching. especially if it's a gaming model - when watched from distance everything which makes it more eyecatching is a good thing

Yep, the flat parts I will get back to and I will think about making it more eyecatching (yes it's a gaming model) Thanks for the tip!
