interesting choices... let's check it in details:

10. one of the best (THE best?) tutorials ever. It should be higher on the list.
9. yeah, most probably your best in 2009 :)
8. the concept is great, but for gamers only. let's be honest - they want to provide gamers with cheaper minis to be used with WFB rules. nothing interesting for me - as a painter, hobbyist, collector. not only that - I also find their sculpts poor. Definite disagreement here ;)
7. Angel - yes. Nomad - yes. Tim - not so. Anyway, I'd personally stretch this item to whole painting community. It's impossible to me to pick just one or two names that inspired me most.
6. never used those, so...
5. yes, it is too clean ;) but, that's a great dedicated place you got there. Have fun using it :)
4. surely a great event. wish we had thing like that in Poland.
3. thanks for link, will surely check them out
2. not using those, so...
1. you really think that two good models are enough to place 1st? another serious disagreement :)

Thank you for you input.

I know TIm Davis (The Vanus Temple) isn't the best painter, but his technique is very good (though a bit rough) and I've included him because he's an inspiration, not the best painter.
