Yo!

On 2009-03-09 a friend and I placed an order with rackham to get those last miniatures we wanted for our collection.
I got a mail my order was validated and that it would be treated as soon as possible. Now almost a month later, I still haven't received my order.

When I wanted to check the Rackham-Store for the delivery terms you get this message:

Dear customer,

In order to improve our service, the Rackham Store is closed for some time.
We are doing everything to open again as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding.

Team Rackham

I've send 2 e-mails in the mean time, asking for information, and I just don't get one back.

So I'm just wondering if anyone here has the same problem?

yeah through paypal. It's been transfered from my account the same day I did the order.

There are ways to get your money back with paypal. I've send a final mail to rackham now, if I don't get an answer again, I'll contact paypal and try to get my money back.

There is one. Don't know if they'll be able to help me in english though and my french is not THAT good. If I don't get a mail back, I'll notify paypal of the problem and try to call them after that. I'll call afterwards because you have to try to get to an agreement with the vendor after the complaint first before paypal will take the matter into their own hands.

Good luck Tomaz. In my experience, if you have made all reasonable efforts and can show it, paypal is pretty good about following up and getting your money back or at least an amiable resolution to the problem. I am hoping for you that it is just a mix up somewhere in Rackam's sytem and confusion in thier offices.
