I love the idea

I don't like the execution though. IMO the size of the giant's head ruins proportions of the whole piece. The dwarf seems like an unnecessary addition to the head.
Wound - why is skull visible? Size of the hole should be the same for both skin and skull. BTW - can you show us the back? I'm wondering if the bullet came out on the other side

I know it's a humortous piece, but nevertheless chickens wouldn't be so calm after their home was crushed by a giant

Running scared chickens might also add some dynamic to that static scene, by the way.

I like the way the dwarf is standing and looking. I like the face of the giant.
I don't like the gun too much, and had exactly the same feeling about the bullet-hole in the head as Nameless.
The giant's head may be a bit too big for the dwarf (not that the proportions are not realistic, because who knows that) and it dominates the whole piece a bit too much for my taste.
All in all - funny and nice model, even if not flawless. One of the best from SMM I think!

I also would like to know how the back of the Giant's head looks like, should be a much bigger hole and a distusting mess!
@Arctica: damn right!

The dwarf is awsome, except that there is something not correct with the muscles on the lower part of his back. I'm not sure, but I see too many of them. The bullet hole of this size seems to be made by a small cannon, not a hand gun (which is, by the way, not my favourite part of the model, because: 1. I prefer axes

; 2. I was not sure for quite some time what the hell is this stick, and why this "axe" has no blade at all).
The giant's head needs some work, I think: lips, some hair here and there (eye-brows for example), eye balls... and a neck.
I'm curious for the final result.
