Chameleonic Paint

Post by Elfboy »

Some of you may have seen the crazy custom bike I posted earlier today over in the WIP forum (I'm up at this hour thanks to insomnia... after this post I'm attempting sleep for a third time ?.?) which I think needs an equally insane paint job. I plan to use a metallic/pearlescent chameleonic blue-pink.

This is another piece for my accidental Slaneesh army which will hopefully be comprised of a lot of converted vehicles. The colour scheme for the army is baby pink, powder blue and pure white.

Could I create the chameleonic paint using the chrome NMM method with the blue and the pink applied to reflect the direction of light on the surfaces?

If not, how should I determine where the colours change on the panels?

Thanking you all in advance for any help that might be offered. I don't expect there to be an easy solution to this one at all.

This is close to what I want to do, but I want to go for pastel shades.

P.S. I'll slow down with my posts when I go back to work, promise! XD
