cocroaches invaded holland - goodie-goodie photo report!!!
Posted: 27 Aug 2008, o 21:19
so finally I got 2 weeks of holiday aaand even managed to spend ~8 days in holland
I wanted to go there for a looong long time but until now circumstances were agains me; anyway holland is beautiful, B E A U T I F U L!!!
I didn't expect to say sth like that about any country but this land surely deserves it especially compared to dump called poland
there's no rubbish on streets/pavements in smaller cities and even cities like amsterdam and rotterdam are cleaned very efficiently; people are nice (drivers stop before walkways to pass pedestrians!
) and helpful, buildings are low (because of damp ground I
) but are very characterful and look sweet; because of tight streeets in cities and LOTS of bikes risk of having traffic accident seems not to exist;
not much police can be seen but we felt comfortable and safe visiting dutch cities even late night;
I could produce more such tales but we all know only photos count so here're some shots; we took over 900 pictures so I've tried to choose some goodie and not harming anybody's feelings

btw: because pics were made with 3 cameras and after coming back - mixed together, there's no chronological order here so You just have to forgive me
