wouldn't you like to separate the golden trim from the main color of the loincloth?

I like him, but I think some parts need some retouching and smoothening. Like some cables, the skull on his weapon and his foot :) The metallics could use another highlight, a brighter metallic to show where the light falls maybe?

The red cloak looks good and the tubes with fluids look very good!! I think Mahon is right with separating the trim from the loincloth. To define it better.
Overall you did a good job, but some little touch ups and a bit more highlights on the metallics would make him look better I think :)

I meant blacklining the line where the golden decoration meets with the base color of the loincloth

or using darker shade of the loincloth color to separate the two colors a bit better. it would define the shapes a bit more...

The overall impression of the figure is very good, I like it.

The first thing I realized, that the fluid in the syringe on the front is not properly horizontal, otherwise the fluid is very good, it look very realistic to me. But it should be horizontal, because if not, it ruins the nice painting. I don't know how he will stand in the diorama, so it could be, it is right this way.

I like the black-yellow striped area on the back, the effect is nice with the broken paint. The green on the axe looks flat, put some more highlights on it.

I think the metal parts are nice and smooth, but they are a little flat. You should do more shading on them, near the joints and similar places. The picture is also a bit too bright, so it can easily be, that in real life it looks better.

My first impression is good also! Some place on the mini seem a bit shiny, this is probably because of some inking, maybe some Dullcoat would help here...

Sorry for the late reply  :suicide: But for some reason I'm not able to see the pics anymore :( I was waiting for the pics to be able to give better tips. The thing that I remember is that the skulls looked a bit rough and that some smoother transitions from dark to light would make them look better. Also, if the imaginary light hits the model on top, the metallics could use a bright line on top, to symbolise the light. (explanation sucks I know :?)

Well, I can't really recall the exact looks of every part, sorry. But as soon as I can see the pics again I'll try to give some better advice.
