i think you have to separate more the differents parts of your miniatures and goes higher in the clear blend

I like the sword and the skin most. But the blue in his left hand, is that a flame? If so, why is it blue?

I also like the swore very much; skintone is imo too dark but it's just a matter of taste

is the blue thing a mop?
to me the highlights aren't strong enough or the colors aren't separated from each other enough. They just blend, which reduces the visibility of the details of this mini.

He is the cleaner of the dungeons!
But seriously, I would give him normal flame colours as this imho looks a bit strange.

My personal favourites on this figure are the blade and the base. They are really good, I like them a lot. The dagger, or shortsword on the belt, and other metal parts are also good, but the 'mop'

or magic torch is not really good. The problem is that if you don't tell what it is supposed to be, I will have to think of what it could be. So it is not obvious what it is. I think it is a hard task to paint blue magic flames that way, that everyone realizes on the first sight that those are magic ble flames. And for that you also need a good sculpt, this looks more like hair, not like flames to me.
The skintone is nice, it could be highlighted a bit more, but I could imagine that he was lurking in a dungeon and got dirty, dusty.
I like the leather boots too, but they are too clean imho for the dungeon cleansing barbarian fellow
