Chest of Colors forum

I would like to learn how to paint such skulls like the chaplain have. What colors and what technics to use? Basically I need this knowledge to paint a skull on a base of one of my minis... Suggestions????

it seems he use a several highliquid washes on a bleached bone, the deepest color os probably scorched brown, and then several wash of bestial are used, then he goes to the highest hilight with bleached+skull with a zenithal effect.....a tuto ????? :silenced:

Looks great! I need to try achieve something simmilar. But Im nt so tallented

huh... it doesn't need to be so hard. I think we can try it in about a week. and maybe we'll write a tutorial about it then

Have you tried to ask the painter of the model? The painter is Bushido right??

Yeah Bushido hasn't been around much which is too bad! Lots of blending and washes involved I guess...
