I might go so far as to say too busy, myself. Well executed busy, but still very busy.
I really like the base though. Good use of normally dead space.

for me it's good enough and not too busy (for my taste) - I can easily imagine him walking on some bsattlefield in the 41th millenium... a sight to behold
