Thats what i use actually, used it once and doesnt obscure details yet not as smooth as satin paints prime, on the same level of a spray primer i guess( theres those microscopic grainy things), yet enviroment friendly.

I think I will just stick to airbrushed Testors Model Masters - uber matt and uber flatt, even if not so top adhesive.

on some photos it seemed to reduce sharpness of details, which is something I'd rather avoid...

I have to confess the grainy micro thingys really turns me off a bit and i will use the huge bottle of gesso thet i got on my terrains mostly, i need a more smooth finish on primer.

Might consider it as a alternate brush-on primer when the weather is bad or it's late at night. We'll see.

Interesting, but I think it takes too long to dry for me.
Might be good for minis with large flat areas like warjacks, spacemarines etc.

I've tried this and found that it rubs off too easy. Plus, it was somewhat grainy.

Not recommended!
