Dropped her by accident on my tile floor. She took a some damage on her breast. If you have experience with fixing this kind of damage I could use your help. I tried a few times to use green stuff but each time it comes out rough. Any suggest on how to fix this will be accepted with open arms.

patience, patience and one more patience - essential in working with greenstuff

or maybe You should try other modelling mass? for example I found milliput fine material for filling gaps and smoothing surfaces

what do you mean by rough? Not sure if I get you right, but green stuff and other putties can usually be smoothed with water.

rough? probably not smoothed enough. I would wait until it becomes slightly harder so that it doesn't get deformed too easily and use a burnishing tool to make it smoother. apply only the minimum of pressure needed to feel slight resistance of the putty. burnish longer but with less pressure. it's easier when the putty isn't very fresh now, just cured a bit.

Jup, I'm learning too!
First wait a while 'till the GS hardens a bit, then it's easier to smooth and will stay in place. I also use saliva for smoothening.
