Not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not please move it to the right section.

I need some MAJOR HELP. If anyone on this forum knows how to get in contact with Pizarro or someone from Pizarro please send me a PM or email me at:
info@darksondesigns.com
I am the US distributor for them and have not been able to get in contact with them. This has gone beyond just no email no contact, it is now NO PRODUCT that has been paid for. Very bad news. Please any help would be great.
Cheers,
Robert

Well its looking real bad. It seems that they might have gone out of business.

So we are now having to try to get our money back through claims with PayPal. Very sad news as I liked the line a lot. If anyone would like to get any miniatures from this line while they are still in stock you can shoot me an email:

Very unhappy,
Robert

are you sure about that? I think they have recently released some models (historic and sf chick).
Anyway, hope you can get your money back without many problems.

We got the email about Viper and Stuart a few months ago and kept in contact with them. We kept getting emails explaining that the items were not in stock yet. This month we place an order and paid on the 12th and have had no reply. We have tried every email that we have gotten from the wonderful members here. Every person we have been in touch with no longer works for Pizarro and a few have written that Pizarro is no more.
We are at a loss as Pizarro has been very popular here in the states. We wish them no ill will and would love to hear from them and this has just been a misunderstanding. OR we would be happy to buy the molds of the current range at a fair price.
Just bummed out about the whole thing.

Thought I would update you all on what has happened. Today we went to a Toy Figure Show and got to meet the owners of Pizarro. The owners knew nothing about what was going on with us and the problems we were having.
We now have a rep in the US that we can call at anytime that is in contact with the factory in Spain. We are working to bring the product back on so fans of these kits will be able to get them.
We wanted to thank everyone here on the forum for all of their help.
Cheers,
Robert and Crystal
