Well the photo is so small and dark that I can't see the detalis. Make some closeups. This can be an interesting mini but I can't say more without better photos

Well the pictures are better but still small.
As MahoĊ earlier said nice choise of colors.
The horse is a bit gark. Maybe some more highlights would do the trick. Also the armour is nice but some more highlights would be nice.
The base is.... how to say this.... nothing special. The base is a part of the mini and a well done base is a half of the succes. Try to work out something interesting. Maybe a different color, maybe snow.
The sword is a bit flat. Maybe it's the photo but I only see two colors- yellow and dark yellow. Give more life to that.
The horns also look unfinished.
I really like the fur.
And that's it I think.

the red armour and the sword looks a bit flat but that may be just the photo. but I agree the colours are really nice. Red on red on red. great!

imo Your archaon looks like classic chaos warlord - I mean the red armour; it's really nice to see sth like this arter all super metalic, nmm etc stuff
I must agree the sword looks flat although bone-like fits well to this guy;
the only thing I don't like is colour You have chosen for the horse's - reminds me a big plum but it's only the matter of my personal taste
