Website problems

Post by mahon »

Hi all,

You may have noticed that the site has been experiencing downtimes and has been generally slow for some time already. It's caused by heavily overloaded servers.

We've been already generating a heap of server load, which caused several relocations to new servers, but now - after the GD - we're some 5 times more cumbersome. And this means we may be moving to a dedicated server, especially if the problems aren't over in some time.

Just wanted you to know.

Can it be that http://www.forum.chestofcolors.com/ is not working on the new server yet?

I didn't set these subdomains up again.
Many people used to experience problems with being logged in and out all the time when using these, as they used separate cookies, which led to losing track of what's already read and what's not.

I think most subdomains are inactive now...

When I click on chat, I get some PHP code... that's not too safe :)
Dowloads on the left menu seems to be also not working.

Downloads are inactive, and .. never were active. The link will be removed soon.

I also deactivated chat, as I didn't install it on the new server yet.

THANKS LOTS
