How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

Dear all,
Long time no see, how are you all doing? Must be doing great??
Anyone here knows the link of converting the Big Elephant of the Lord of the Ring? Putting strips etc to make it more like the one in the movie.
I remember there is a GW tutorial link for that, but I cannot find it, anyone pls help?

you can converet him on a standing on two legs. lots of arrows in body, awsome thing,you gonna need lots of GS...
