well ... what can we say about that :p it looks stunning. Two points of comment maybe. the position of the dragon. I realise he's under the water and all, but still it looks weird to see his tail so close to his head.
the horse of the pegasus knight. I have allready commented too much about your painting style on horses

I think doesn't look so good, but that's because it looks scaly and the dragon doesn't. It should be the other way round
if you are going to add another detail : eyes for the dragon ! he looks allready dead now.

THat looks like it would be a perfect piece for a Duel entry in a GD.

That's awesome!

I don't see anything wrong with horse, I wish I could paint them like that!
So...I hope you're not going to the German GD this year!

Auuw... That looks really striking...
I agree with Mordred on the scaly look of the horse. There is no problem with the painting, it is smooth and flawless, but these scales make the horse look like not a normal horse, but maybe some alien posessed creature, or like a cricket which is going to change the skin, so it started to break at certain places...
The eye of the dragon could be also better.

Guess we have two camps here, one that likes the way you've painted the horse. (and I really don't see 'em as scales but as muscles as Navarro said) And one that doesn't like your way of painting horses. I find this interesting, I wonder what the other folks around here think about the horse. It shows that to each his own taste. (and I don't mean anything with it! just in case...)
