Chest of Colors forum

Hi,
it seems like I never did write an introduction piece last year Sorry about that! Maybe I didn't even realize this forum existed or something, I'm sure there must have been a good explanation...

Anyway, I am PixieCat, a young lady from Norway with a keen interest in anything nerdish

Besides painting miniatures as well as watercolor paintings, I love fantasy and scifi books and films. In fact I am on a quest to become a true scifi nerd, but that has really nothing to do with my painting... I think. I also enjoy quite a few less nerdish activities, but that another story

So far I have painted a Warhammer Bretonnian army, pluss only a few other GW things. After I joined the Chest of Colours last year though, I found inspiration as well as good tips for improving the level of my miniatures. I hope that you will keep giving me constructive advise? I know that most of you here are superb painters, and I hope that you don't think I'm rude to intrude, because I am actually quite humble.

I will try to paint some more this season and show it to you-- if I'm not too embarassed... Summer is returning, and I will be able to paint with my window wide open again. Since I actually am sort of allergic to the acrylic paints, that is quite necessary

You won't be seeing any monsters from me though Next in line will be this and that from Reaper that I have been looking forward to paint for a while, and I hope that I will be able to do it some justice
