Here's another mini (or only part of it) for my Papa Nurgle followers.
I want to talk about his skin tone. I used 5 different colours to paint it :
Blood Red, Codex Grey, Elf Flesh, Liche Purple and Bleached Bone.
I'm very proud of it but a lot of people think he looks oddly. I don't now what to think about it.

too healthy for Nurgle follower
I suppose adding more contrast would be a good idea.

If we are talking about Lord of Decay I could argue...
Seriously. I didn't meat that this skin is healthy. But IHMO follower of Nurlge should be a model example of illness and decay. You know... pus,abscess etc.
If you try to imitate this girl's skin tones you did great job, but you should make your skin more pale. Maybe Bleached Bone glaze will help?

I'd highlight the face into the Pallid Flesh (?) or equivalent, and then add some glazes of blues, greens, and purples into shadows and recesses.... This would add some depth to it.
