How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

Hi I made it yesterday - It is fast way to sculpt hand in one step- without waiting for GS will fix. It may be done by 5 minutes and You may in the same way sculpt hands placed on weapon.

2 days ago I got menite warcaster... without hands and I've been wondering how to solve that problem... till now 8)

Very nice tutorial, but I can't stop thinking that it looks easier than it most likely is... after sculpting a few mini's the most difficult thing for me is to keep them in proportion, and not enormous compared to the rest of the mini. And somehow it is very difficult to get rid of the 'sausages-fingers' :(
