like it a lot...nice harmony of colors...good lightening and good technics
keep on this way but just do something for the base

I wanted to achieve not "rude" effect of glowing. Just a little bit

again your recognizable style is shown here... and your typical NMM! I can only second what the others already said, and maybe suggest paintig darker shadows on your NMM to make it more contrasted? I don't really know...
