Chest of Colors forum

i wanted my first post to be the WIP, but how i can possibly post anything without my favourite avatar? huh?
when i select a path to upload img from my machine and submit it it just resets the whole page - nothing happens. (my img meets all the requirements)
i've read the faq and it says that i need to put my birthday date in the upper section of my 'profile' beforehand, so I've looked everywhere, but can't find such thing, as 'birthday date'.
what am i doing wrong?

try uploading the pic to photobucket of other server and use that link to change avatar - I also had problems with adding avatar

thanks for help - i finally used photobucket...

no no - the birthday thingie was removed. i have to update the FAQ.
as for the avatar - it must be because of permissions on the avatars directory. I will fix it when I get home

I'm polish (cuz my parents are ) but I was partially raised in England and since i remember, if you'd sum it up, 4-5 months every year i spend in a place that i've always called my home -lancashire.
I'm polish on the outside, but inside i'm fully british
