They look very good. I like the dark colourscheme you've used and a great City Fight styled base too!

put those on a display base, and you'll win a couple of painting comps with those

as for my opinions -
the conversions are pretty cool, even though simple. I like their cityfight look and bases too. The stuff they carry helps create the right mood about them.
As for the paintjob - it is really good for army-standard painting. Army painted this way must look impressive! especially with the dark and realistic colors. The faces (not your greatest speciality) are a minor part of the minis so are easily lost in the overall effect.
I think there is something wrong about the way you place highlights. They look like placed not in the right places...
To make it easier to comprehend: the guardsman on the right (front view) has his uniform hanging from under the belt. The belt shapes the uniform into several "folds" - but you didn't highlight ALONG the folds. Instead you painted the highlight along the bottom edge of the uniform.
Do you know what I mean?
It could be your style, but maybe the comment will help a bit. cheers!

I didn't see much problems with the highlights, but Mahon is right, there is a little oddity on the uniform where he describes. That is the only place I saw, though.
I think they are nice, I would rate them higher than a tabletop quality. Simple, but effective colors, the skin tones come out well.
I like the bases too. I can clearly see that it was made from chopped up frames, still it doesn't disturb somehow. The way you painted them makes them really good

I agree - when you look closely you can see they're frames. But they must be painted effectively if it is not all this obvious

thank You for support and advice; it's great to know that somebody likes my minis

when I put highlights I do it in spontaneous way so each highlight looks diffreny
and about frames - I didn't try to hide in any way the bases are made of frames
