I have the Vallejo stuff to make ice but still have to try it out. Did you by any chance already use it Thomas?

last week I got still water effect and I hoped this stuff will work nicely but according to brushthralls it wasn't my best purchase

the one I have looks like PVA glue. Is sticky and holds shapes well. It's good for creating shallow puddles or small creeks. Or to create ripples on other watereffects. And for creating ice yes.
It sucks for big water surfaces, because if you apply it too thick, it will stay milky. If you apply it in thin layers you'll be working forever to create a sense of dept in the water and still end up with a mediocre result.

The "Still Water" is ment to be a shallow effect water. Not a deep effect like you would make with Resin.

Maybe someone here knos how to use Andrea water effect?I've lost manual:/and dont know what are proportions between resin and hardener.
