heya,

I got a andrea miniature as a present, but the head is missing. Now in the bow there is a coupon included that says: "if any part is missing or found broken, please send this coupon directly to miniaturas andrea S.L." followed by the adress.

Does anyone know if I need to state what part is missing, or send the complete miniature back? Or just only the coupon?

There is Spanish on the other side, so the english must be the translation, but I don't really trust it. (no offense to anyone Spanish.) That's why I'm asking.

I have no idea... :(
otoh I know that PP customer's service works really well:
when I purchased starter box set there were some stat cards and slayer's arms missing - I wrote mails to polish distributor and to PP;
PP answered that distributor will send me missing parts but if there were no such parts in polish stock - PP will send me the parts from states :)

I would think you would note part missing. Model number and if there is a packers initials somewhere on the box. Also email to see what thier requirements are.

Problem solved.

I send a mail to andrea customer services, they told me that I could e-mail or fax the coupon to orders@andrea and they would take care of it. I guess they're gonna send me all the loose parts again as they didn't ask for what part was missing :whistle:

well,I believe that they will ask for clarification of your problem :)

Speaking of customer service. Reaper resends all mising/damaged parts/minis. No questions asked, no matter where a mini has been bought. They only want e-mail with client's address (obvious thing) and description of a problem (name of a model, what is damaged/missing).
