After negative oppinions about my style of my vost.'s painted face I decided to practise practise and practise working on skin colour. That's the final effect on my dwarf..

Blending is terrific, perhaps too good for a GW mini. IMO you need to go a stage higher on your highlights just to make him stand out that little more. I'm currently in your position - trying to find the best skin tones and I have found that if you mix a little palid flesh for highlights rather than elf flesh the outcome looks somewhat better. Although you probably have already done this (or know this :D:D)
Good job though - I love the look of his left arm - Its fantastic! I havnt really seen this mini painted badly so it should turn out fine!
