general "brainstorming" area?

So is there a place I'm missing that general brainstorming could go? What if you don't have a discussion that is specific to "painting" or "sculpting" because you're just wanting help with ideas/concepts for something?
Yeah, I know the list of individual areas is growing... Maybe you could just list this type of thing going under an already existing area? (Which makes we want to go double-check to see if it already is and I just don't remember seeing it so now I sound like an idiot that doesn't read directions.
