CSM sniper with Fluff

I have been thinking about the CofC project. As I am not the best of painters nor modellers, I figured I would put some ideas into the mix.
A fluff model, not necessarily tabletop army usable. But a Chaos Marine Sniper, sitting behind cover, carving C o C on a Space Marine helmet, with 3 other helmets outside of his 'nest' (different chapters of course) already carved on with single holes where they were killed with one shot. Picture a Marine sitting on a stool/debris, holding the helmet on one kneepad as he carves over the eye sockes C o C motiff, with a pyramid base of 3 already carved heads outside like a warning. Just an idea for a fluff piece, since sniper rifles aren't legitimate chaos armoury pieces but the look would be nice. Now I am using the CoC color scheme for a 5 man squad, fluff modified using spikes and pointy objects on the shoulder pads but I don't think the caliber will be of the professional jobs you all have. But I liked the color scheme with the green and bone white and thought it would make for a nice look.

Mmm, why not make the sniper some sort of long-barreld-bolter and it would look cool aswell and you could use it in a game,
oh yeah chaos-commandos...

The rest sounds cool aswell :P

Well I decided to give this a try, but based on my converting and GS skills, I have had to alter the idea slightly, I hope no one minds and UB if you are doing this, let me know and I will stop.

I was thinking of instead of a sniper, a Khorne worshipper collecting helmets with his bloody chain sword laying next to him and reviewing his carving handiwork with the pile of helmets next to him.
