Reaper WIP

just begin this yesterday evening, to pleased nameless and me
the mini is a real pleasure to paint
i love the dynamic of werner's sculpts
and the paint i test for the skin is the master serie paint from reaper:
i think at least i found the paint i love, bottle of vallejo, very concentrated in pigment, an extraordirnaly resistance of pigments when you add a lot of water, the finish not mat (i hate vallejo for this)
it's just the beginning, i spend only 30 min yesterday

Not much can be seen at these pics, so I'm waiting for more.
I'm really glad that you like Master Series Paints. Now you have to convince whole CoC, that MSP are the best paints in the world

@Nameless - are they available already? I'd be glad to check them, so I'd pick up a few... I am using mostly Vallejo MC and GC, and I really like them, but why shouldn't I try something new - which is recommended by everybody who tries?
@Illusionrip - sterting to look really great. Seems like you should paint a few "Reapers" as you are doing really good job on this one!

uhm.... maybe only the lines on her torso aren't quite what I like...
the face is excellent and I like the hair

@Illusionrip - lightning effect on hair is a bit too rough (perhaps it's not complete yet?), robe is nice, face is awesome.
@Mahon - try them
They are not very known in Europe, but I've browsed many forums - those who have used them are very fond of them. Very often they are judged better than vallejo.
We are currently negotiating with Reaper to lower prices a bit. I suppose we'll place our first order soon. I'll surely make an announcement about that on CoC, so everybody can preorder

Aaaah, so it's light which is making her hair so pale!
I thought you wanted her to have some unique hairstyle - with lighter stripes in a zebra-like way
And as for paints - I will definitely try them, but now buying them abroad just to check them is too much hassle for me.
