I like. The blue is well painted as well as is the leather, I like the small freehand on the cloak - adds a bit of personality to them. My only fault is the scale armour, it looks a bit rushed and not does as well as they rest of the model. Maybe redo this, going over each scale one by one. Oh and I think the base blends too much with the models, due to their leather legs.

The wood grain on the bows is nicely done, too. Mostly I think there's some smaller bits that are inconsistent in model to model. That just takes practice. For instance, some of them the eyes are good. Some the eyes are not as good. Some parts of the leather is highlighted well, but in some places it looks to have almost no highlights. This is mostly what I would say... work on over all consistency. Nicely done, though. :)

if You have whole army painted on this standard You make many people jealous
nice, clean job; the only thing I'd change is shading: imo these minis are too bright, but it's the mater of a personal taste... I like shading...

They are very bright and clean. And almost always High Elves are portrayed that way. (I'd like to see some done more darker but hey...)

Like Demi said, an army painted to that standard will look very nice on the table top!:)

I typed something out yesterday... but it seems that the post was lost with the maintenance. anyway, it came down to this:
Nice colours, and good painted miniatures. You got more than the basics down, now try to take it to the next level by making the transitions smoother. The freehand is cool, but i'd try to highlight them a bit too.

And why do you keep calling your miniatures n00b work?? ^^

@all, thx for all of your comments, I will try to do better....um, even I do not know the technique and how......

@Tomaz, I did the free hand in a subtle way, so that try to make it a silk-like or similar effect, just those clothes with subtle embordments(spell?) I mark all my posts with no. noob work 01, 02, 03, easier to keep track for myself...Noob work?? um.....there is a old saying, "In the ocean of learning, you can never reach the shore."

@LE, well, ya, I will keep an eye on the consistency issue from now on. but haha, again, I do not know it is the pic or not, but the real stuffs, I find the mini has alright consistency, but ya, I trust your good eyes and I will work on it.

@Demi and Skrit, I definitely want to paint sth which has more shading, but ya, for this unit, I need to match the style of my whole army. So, but ya...I really want to finish this boring army and will try to learn different stuffs from you guys.

@KUF, the chained mail, was painting the scale one by one. But I see what you mean and really thx for your comment. 1. Learning from other great mini photographer that taking RMM is HARD...to make it look as what it was painted originally. 2. The blueish reflected on the armour may be the reason make it rush, o, haha, but man, I spent quite some time in the armour, hahaha
